Volunteers are needed to help make The 2018 NABFEME  International Women’s Leadership Summit a success. Volunteering is a great way to network while getting a behind-the-scenes look at the summit, plus enjoying perks and discounts.  Volunteers are expected to work the assigned number of hours each day and must sign the NABFEME Volunteer Agreement. 

Volunteers are usually the first point of contact with our attendees and are the face and voice of the NABFEME International Women’s Leadership Summit. Therefore, volunteers are expected to be informed, punctual, respectful and helpful during their shifts. It is very beneficial for all volunteers to become knowledgeable on various aspects of the Summit such as event locations, layout of the venue, general summit information, and program details.

NABFEME appreciates the willingness of our Volunteers to help make the 2018 Women’s Leadership Summit a success, by honoring shifts, showing up on time, and staying until the job is done!  Volunteers are needed to assist and support the following key areas of the Summit:

  1. On-site Registration

  2. Seminar Monitors & Aids

  3. Special Events

  4. NABFEME Store

  5. Summit Information & Hospitality

  6. Reception Ushers

  7. Membership Desk

No-Shows and/or habitual tardiness will affect the volunteer relationship with NABFEME.  Perks and discounts offered may be discontinued. If a scheduling conflict arises, please alert the Volunteer Coordinator at least 24 hours before the shift is scheduled to begin. There will also be a NABFEME phone number available during Summit.
