Vivian Scott Chew

Pioneer, music executive and  Founder/Principal of TimeZone International.  An accomplished groundbreaker, Vivian's early career included innovative steps at ASCAP where she was the first African American female membership rep. She founded the ASCAP Rhythm and Soul Awards which has become an ASCAP staple celebrating more than 30 years in existence. Vivian’s next pioneering advance was Polygram Records as Director of A&R. She later became VP of A&R at Epic Records and Head of Urban Music at 550/Sony Music where she signed and introduced the world to Grammy winning, platinum selling dancehall superstar, Shabba Ranks!  At the forefront of the McDonald’s “I’m Lovin’ It” campaign in six international territories, Vivian Scott Chew continues her groundbreaking career with the formation of Power2Inspire, a foundation created by she and Music Director/Producer husband Ray Chew to identify and nurture a new generation of musicians and executives.
